FOR KIDS 5 AND OLDER . THERAPIST CREATED
Stomach aches before tests. Meltdowns after grades. Let’s change that!
A video course and 82-page workbook that gives your child a real plan for test anxiety- before, during and after-built by a licensed clinical social worker and child therapist, not a generic worksheet packet!
Sound familiar? “You’ll be fine, there’s nothing to worry about.”
-A racing heart or stomach ache shows up every time a tests gets mentioned.
-Their mind goes blank, even though they knew the material the night before.
-A bad grade turns into “I’m stupid,” not just disappointment.
-Studying harder hasn’t made them feel better-because studying was never the problem.
-The worry doesn't even end when the test does-it can get louder after.
Test anxiety affects 16-20% of kids- four to six kids in an average classroom. It’s common, it’s well understood, and it’s genuinely treatable. Most kids just are not taught what to actually do about it.

What This Course Is
Not more worksheets.
A real system your child can carry into the testing room.
This course gives your child language for what’s happening in their body, a plan for getting ready, tools for staying steady mid-test, and-the part most courses skip-a plan for what to do once the test is over. Every Skill is practiced, not just explained.
The System Inside
Four stages. One Plan your child actually remembers.
Understand
Body, Brain, Behavior. Your child learns where their own anxiety shows up first — because you can't cope with something you haven't noticed yet.
Module 1
Before a Test
Four Ways to Get Ready — mental, physical, emotional, and last-minute prep — plus a ten-minute routine for test morning.
Module 2
During a Test
R·E·L·A·X·E·D. and a personal coping-skills toolbox your child chooses ahead of time and rehearses while calm.
Module 3
After a Test
What to do when the worry gets louder after — most courses never even mention this part. It's ready before it's needed.
Module 4
Meet your Child’s Guide
Katie Peterson, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Child Therapist
Hi! I’m Katie a child therapist with over ten years of experience working with kids and families. My approach is warm, practical, and built on one belief: Kids need skills, not shame. This course is built the same way that I work in the therapy room-concrete, strengths-based, evidence-informed, and empowering.
What is Inside
Five short modules. Nothing that feels like more school.
Test Anxiety
What it is, how common it is, and where it shows up first for your child.
Before a Test
Study habits, sleep, self-talk, and a ten-minute morning routine.
During a Test
R·E·L·A·X·E·D., breathing, grounding, and a personal coping toolbox.
After a Test
Coping with the after-test spiral, and building a plan for next time.
Wrap-Up
A before/after check-in your child takes twice, so you both see what changed.
The Script Most Courses Skip
"It's over now, stop worrying about it."
"It sounds like your brain is still replaying it. That happens. Want to tell me the part you're most unsure about?"
Comes With
The Companion Workbook
- A "For the Grown-Ups" page with real parent scripts
- A Progress Map your child colors in as they go
- A pocket affirmation card and "I Am" poster
- A before/after check-in they take twice
- A Certificate of Completion
A Peak Inside the Course
Here’s What it Actually Sounds Like
Not a worksheet. Not a lecture. A real line from Module 3- ready the next time a test question makes their mind go blank.
"Hello, worry."
"Thank you for telling me I'm nervous about this test. I know it's scary, but I've got this. I'm going to take a deep breath now so I can focus. I don't need your signals right now."
This is one line, from one lesson, out of 32-built the same way so it actually sticks!
What Actually Changes
What You Will Notice By The End
- Tests trigger a racing heart, a stomach ache, a blank mind.
- It feels like something is wrong with your child specifically.
- "You'll be fine" clearly isn't landing.
- There's no plan — just hoping they'll feel ready.
- Your child can name their own anxiety pattern and use a real tool for it.
- They have a plan for before, during, and after — not just "study harder."
- You have scripts for the hardest moments, ones that validate instead of argue.
- You can see the change, concretely, in their own before/after check-in.

Before You Get Started

You don’t need to wait until the night before a major test.
