In addition to my clinical work, I regularly provide trainings for parents, educators, and school communities, helping adults feel more confident supporting children through big emotions, anxiety, and challenging behaviors.

I’ve worked closely with preschools, elementary schools, PTAs, and parent groups, delivering trainings that meet people where they are—whether that’s a classroom full of young learners or a room of parents looking for reassurance and guidance. My trainings are informed by real-life classroom dynamics, family systems, and the everyday challenges adults face when supporting young children.
